Game Description

Baseball Streak House is a paid daily competition where players attempt to predict which MLB batter will record a hit. The objective is to build the longest consecutive streak of correct picks, up to 42 games maximum.

Entry Fees & Costs

Single Entry: $150 per credit. Each credit permits one 42-day streak attempt. Mulligan (single-game reset): $300 per use. All fees are non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

Entry fees and mulligan charges are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you choose not to play or are locked out of your account.

Game of Skill

Baseball Streak House is a game of skill. Wins are based on the player's ability to predict MLB outcomes, not chance. Baseball Streak House is a game of skill. Outcomes are determined by player knowledge of MLB statistics and player selection. This contest is not a lottery, casino game, or game of chance under California Penal Code §330.

Admin Authority

The admin reserves the right to resolve disputes, rule on edge cases, and enforce these terms at their sole discretion.

Prize Pool Guarantee

The advertised $15,000 prize pool and prize structure are contingent on sufficient participation. No prize payout is guaranteed if the player base does not generate sufficient entry fees to fund the announced structure.

Jurisdictional Disclaimer

Baseball Streak House is not available in jurisdictions where similar games are prohibited by local law. Participants are solely responsible for confirming the legality of their participation in their area. The admin is not liable for charges incurred in prohibited jurisdictions.

California Unfair Competition Law Compliance

We comply with California's Unfair Competition Law (California Business and Professions Code §17200). All contest rules are applied consistently and without discrimination. Dispute resolution is handled fairly and transparently by contest administration.

Paid Skill Contest Status

Baseball Streak House operates as a paid skill contest under California law. Entry fees represent consideration for participation in a skill-based competition, not a wager.

No Automatic Renewal

Baseball Streak House does not charge automatic or recurring fees. All entry fees are one-time payments per contest season.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties under any circumstances.

Data Retention

Game data is retained for the duration of your account and 12 months following account deletion or withdrawal. Contact the admin to request data deletion.
